Overview:

I currently teach courses on epistemology, and early modern philosophy - taken mostly by students in the philosophy department and on social and political philosophy (taken mostly by second-year undergraduate students studying for degrees in political science and international relations). I have also taught courses in a range of other areas, including the philosophy of science, philosophy of mind (including one course devoted to the philosophy of emotion), philosophy of language, applied ethics, and the later philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein.
